The 1st International Conference on Electronic and Computer Engineering (ECE2023) will be held virtually online on 4-5 July 2023. The conference is organized by the Electronic and Computer Engineering Division, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
ECE2023 aims at bringing together researchers from industry and academia from all over the world to gather and explore various issues and trends in the field of Electronics and Computer Engineering. This conference provides opportunities for the researchers to share their research and experiences, establish research relations, and globally collaborate among them.
The ECE2023 is a prominent international forum on four main tracks which are Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition, Nanotechnology and Advanced Materials, Biosensors, Biosignals and Biomedical Imaging and VLSI & Computer Architecture.

The talk delves into the advancements in GPT models, highlights the significance of expert-level optimization techniques in enhancing LLM performance, and discusses strategies for scaling down large models. Moreover, it showcases the current efforts by ITRI in implementing Generative AI and outlines the future prospects of adopting this technology within Taiwan’s business landscape.
