What are the official dates of the 12th UTM University Presidents Forum?
The forum will be held on 1 – 3 November 2022 but prior the UPF event, there will be the 10th ATU-Net Board for ATU-Net Members on 1 November 2022 and followed by UTM Campus Tour.

When does event registration begin on-site?
All participants must secure your seat for UPF prior the event, please complete the online registration form at https://international.utm.my/upf/registration/. All participants are required to register your attendance during the event to claim your forum materials. For speakers, the registration link for speaker will be sent to you and our secretariat will contact you for further details as a speaker.

How can I confirm my registration?
All participants must secure your seat for UPF prior to the event, please complete the online registration form at https://international.utm.my/upf/upf-2022-registration/. You will get a confirmation email from the event secretariat within 7 working days

Can I register on-site?
Registration must be made prior the event through our website, https://international.utm.my/upf/upf-2022-registration/

It takes you few minutes to complete the form. 

Should the payment be made after we do the online registration?
Participants will get an official tax invoice after your online registration. Payment must be made within 7 working days. We strongly advise you to make the payment prior to the event to avoid any delay during on-site registration.

How do I get a receipt for my registration?
The receipt will be given to you after payment via Flywire. An official receipt from UPF Secretariat will be issued within 7 days upon payment.

Can I get discounted fee?
Discounted fee offers to ATU-Net Members only or In-Group participants from the same university with a minimum number of 5 pax/ group. No discount offers if you.

How do I obtain a visa letter of invitation?
Participants are advised to get a consultation from the Consulate Office in foreign countries. Kindly contact us if there is any supporting letter from UPF Secretariat.

Where is the actual venue of UTM UPF 2022?
UTM has 3 campuses. For this year, UTM UPF 2022 will be held at UTM Kuala Lumpur campus.

Do you have an account of UFJ Bank where the change of the US dollar remittance is impossible?
We do not have an account of UFJ Bank or any international bank.

What is the UTM UPF 2022 Cancellation & Refund Policy?
50% of the fee will be refundable if cancellation is made within 30 working days prior to the event, and there is no refund if cancellation is made less than 10 working days prior to the event.

How can we book the accommodation?
All participants are advised to stay at UTM Hotel & Residence. Please make your reservation at https://international.utm.my/upf/upf2022-accommodation/. All costs should be borne by participants. We have no limitations if you wish to stay at other hotels.

How can we get to UTM?
You may find useful information from our website, https://kl.utm.my/visitor/. There are private transportation providers such as Grab available in Kuala Lumpur and other states in Malaysia. You can use their services with a reasonable price. You are recommended to download Grab Apps for better arrangement.
