Regulation during Semester Break

  1. During the final semester break, residents shall remove all personal belongings from their rooms and surrender the keys to the College Office. All personal belongings may be placed in the store provided by the respective colleges.
  2. The University shall not be responsible for any personal belongings that are left behind during breaks.
  3. A student who wishes to rent a room during the final semester break may make an application at the College Office at least a week before the rental date. In the case of applications for academic purposes, recommendation from the Faculty must be obtained, while recommendation from the Students’ Affairs Office must be obtained for applications for activity programmes.
  4. The Students’ Affairs Office/College reserves the right to determine the college block/room to be rented.
