Submission
A. Extended Abstract Submission
In order for your extended abstract to be published in the conference proceedings, it is imperative that you follow these instructions:
1. Each submission must strictly follow the Extended Abstract Template – iPDOCs 2021 (Microsoft Word).
Extended Abstract is a short article within 3-4 pages. Sample of Extended Abstract are here:
2. The language of the conference is English
3. Online submission via the conference management system (submission is closed).
4. Author will receive the notification of acceptance via email. The author may then proceed with registration and payment.
The authors will need to register and pay the fees following the instructions posted in Registration & Payment page on our website. Otherwise, the paper will not be included in the conference proceeding.
All accepted extended abstracts will be published in the Conference Proceeding.
5. The author then may proceed with full paper submission.
B. Full Paper Submission
The full paper template will be notified to all participants via email.
After reviewing process, all authors are invited for full paper submission for these journals:
1) Akademia Baru journals, OR
2) Open International Journal of Informatics, OR
3) Scopus indexed journals*:
Journal of Applied Science and Engineering
Malaysian Journal of Fundamental and Applied Sciences
Pertanika Journal of SOCIAL SCIENCES & HUMANITIES
*For authors who select to publish in the Scopus journals, extra fee is required. Additional review process is required from the publisher side.
Full paper submission will be via the conference management system (link will be updated).
C. Presentation Guidelines
Authors will be notified to present their work via these options:
1. Online oral presentation
2. Poster presentation
