Research Project…. :  Determination of Shallow Substrate from Satellite Remote Sensing Data  with Bio-Optic Based Algorithm.
Discription  : .. Bio-optic based algorithms are an inverse modelling retrieval of water- leaving radiance from a water column
………….. .. consist the inherent returns from various particulates including the plankton and bottom substrates.  Theoretically the bio-optic inverse modelling techniques is reported best for extraction of information about the water body and the bottom substrates even in complex coastal water environment where substrate reflectance spectra can be inferred.
