GRADUAND ARRIVAL PROCEDURES

Entrance for all vehicles by all gate of UTM JB Campus :

Main Entrance (From Taman Universiti)
Gate 2: Pintu Senai
Gate 3: Pintu Ladang
Gate 4: Taman Sri Pulai

Vehicle pass must be displayed on the dashboard when entering the campus area and park your vehicle at Tasik Ilmu or other place as instructed by the Security Officer.

GRADUAND REGISTRATION 

Registration of attendance by check-in through the iConvo application on smartphone before entering the DSI.

Please download the iConvo app from Google playstore or Apple appstore.

Graduands and family members/guests must adhere to the dress code prescribed and are requested to be seated in the DSI before 7.45 a.m. (morning session) and 2.00 p.m. (evening session).

The University reserves the right to NOT allow graduands and family members / guests who did not comply with the DRESS CODE and TIME DESIGNATED to enter the DSI.
