Evaluation on the performance, emissions and fuel consumption for the product of Oxyhydro Device supplied by Chimes AG Sdn Bhd.

This evaluation activity has been performed on the roller chassis dynamometer witness by SIRIM QAS International.

COURSE SUMMARY:

This course provides participants with techniques of operation on the motorcycle roller chassis dynamomer. It is aimed for those who wants to performed the motorcycle testing on the roller chassis dynamometer to obtain its performance characteristics such as power, torque, fuel consumption, etc with difference type of testing mode applied. The main emphasis of this program is to expose the testing procedure with the inclusion of safety operating/working practice from the machine setup until producing the graphical report.

This course provides an overview of supervisory skills needed in a private and public sector. It covers common knowledge and skills requirement as a supervisor. The job of a supervisor is to establish goal(s) and to lead a team of people to achieve them. They require communication techniques, plan and organize works, safety enforcement, budget control capability, progress works evaluation & assessment, and developing training for the skills development of their workforce. The practical activities are based on current practice at the industry today. This course is aimed for those who wants to improve and develop the quality of their works and as a guideline to make their own arrangement and set-up at their work place.

This course will focus on improving knowledge, ability, work standards, positive attitude, skills and safety practices as a Supervisor. At the end of the course, participant(s) should feel more confident after they have gained the supervisory skills in order to apply the techniques at their work place.
