Terms and Conditions
- If a duly registered participant is unable to attend, a substitute participant is welcomed at no additional cost. Please provide the name and designation of the substitute participant at least 3 days prior to the conference.
- Cancellation of registration must be made in writing (letter or email) to the Organizer at least 30 days prior to the event. Any cancellation made less than 30 days prior to the event shall not be accepted and full registration fee will be billed to the respective organization.

- ASEAN Higher Education Institutions – USD400/person (with accommodation)
- Local Private Participants
- MYR 1,000/person (without accommodation)
- MYR 900/person (Group > 3 persons) (without accommodation)
