ABOUT PEMUDAH UTM COMMITTEE

BACKGROUND 

  • The idea of its establishment is to look at the effectiveness of quality improvement of public sector services that have been implemented by PEMUDAH GOVERNMENT since February 7, 2007 and is chaired by Tan Sri Sidek bin Hassan, Chief Secretary.
  • Committee to Facilitate Work System (PEMUDAH UTM) is a partnership between the Council committee with Professor Registrar’s Office and parts of the University authorities.
  • University Management Committee Meeting held on December 19, 2008 and approved on January 7, 2009 has agreed the establishment of PEMUDAH UTM and PEMUDAH UTM Committee Meeting first convened on January 14, 2009.

OBJECTIVES

  • Being a catalyst for change and become more customer-centric services, innovative and proactive.
  • Reduce time and costs through improvements to the management of various aspects of the management and administration of the University.
  • Simplify and streamline the management system and Office Automation System of the University.
  • Accelerate business transactions through the customer feedback survey and cutting red in every part and faculty.
