Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including results, tables, figures and references. Full text papers in Microsoft Word (.doc) or LateX (.tex) will be accepted  by e-mail to

All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and written in English free from grammatical error. Please ensure that articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the paper page format below and are subject to both review and editing.

Selected papers from the registered ones, will be published in selected journals free of charge.

FULL PAPER FORMAT:

Abstract: maximum 300 words. Font: Times New Roman, 8pt. Single spacing.

General: 5- 8 pages (including figures, tables, and references). Font : Times New Roman 10pt. 1.5 line Spacing.

Title: Manuscripts should be headed by a concise title. Please include the full name(s) of the author(s), complete mailing address, telephone and fax numbers as well as e–mail address. In case of multiple authorship, please indicate the main author to whom all correspondence concerning the paper should be directed.

Layout: Manuscripts should consist of the following sections: Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, and Conclusion. Each section and sub-section should be numbered using the Arabic numerals. Please use SI Units for all scientific and laboratory data.

Tables/Figures: All tables/figures should be kept simple and clear, and should be referred to in the text. They should be titled and numbered in the order of which they are referred to in the text.

Mathematical Notation and Equations: All equations must be clearly typed,  and should be identified or numbered accordingly.

Acknowledgements: A brief acknowledgment of not more than 50 words should be included at the end of the manuscript, before the list of references.

References: Reference section at the end of the manuscript, with item referred to by numerals in square brackets. Style for papers: [Reference number], Authors (last name, followed by first initial for main author, and first initial followed by last name for other authors), year, title, periodical (in italics), volume (issue), inclusive page numbers. Style for books: [Reference number], Authors, title (in italics), year, location, publisher, chapter or page numbers.
