Submission of manuscripts for publication implies the author(s) accept the conditions that the manuscripts are been submitted solely to the International Journal of Real Estate Studies and have not been in part or whole previously published by any other journal.

Manuscript should be written in English and submitted as MS Word files.  Papers should be double-spaced with 12-point font size, wide margins of 2.5 cm or 1 inch and should be in the range of 5000 to 8000 words, including references. Please provide a word count for the paper. All figures and tables should be mentioned in the text and should be numbered consecutively. They should be typed on a separate sheet and given suitable captions.

The arrangement of the manuscripts should be in the following order. First page: title of the paper, authors’ full names, respective affiliations, the corresponding author, phone, fax and e-mail. Second page: concise abstract of not more than 300 words, keywords (maximum of 5).  Subsequent pages: main body of text, list of references, appendices.

For full length paper, the main body of text should be in the following structure: introduction, literature review (optional), methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, references, and acknowledgment (optional).

Papers submitted will be pre-screened for conformity with submission guidelines and for overall appropriateness. Papers that pass the initial screening process will then be double-blind reviewed.

The double-blind peer-review process is employed to ensure that both authors and reviewers remain anonymous during the review process. Expert specialists within the related fields will be selected to perform the reviews.

All publications cited in the text should be presented in a list of references following the text of the manuscript (e.g. Name (2000) or Name (2000). For three or more authors use the first author and followed by et al. in the text, but all authors are specified in the reference list.
