This credit-bearing program offered by Wuhan University is intended to enrich international experience of students from the partner universities. During their study in Wuhan, the participants will attend lectures, seminars on Chinese traditional culture and visit local corporations. Excursions in Wuhan and to neighboring scenic spots and Shanghai will also be arranged. It was held on:
- 27 June 2010 until 24 July 2010: Chinese Traditional Culture and the Rise of Central China
- 10 July 2010 until 24 Julu 2010: Chinese Traditional Culture
This program’s objectives are to familiarize the origin, history, highlights of Chinese traditional culture, to understand the unique economic and business environment in central China where the economic scale and power are growing backed by “the Rise of Central China” strategy, an also to identify and study the differences between China and foreign countries, Wuhan and other cities through customized courses, corporate visits, specially designed seminars and the visits to the Three Gorges and Jingzhou Ancient City.
