Pengurusan fasiliti telah mendapat sambutan yang meluas terutama semenjak ia diguna pakai oleh pihak kerajaan dalam mengurus aset-aset milik awam. Namun, sebenarnya sektor swasta telah mula mengamalkannya lebih awal dari itu. Di institusi pengajian tinggi seperti politeknik, kolej dan universiti, ilmu mengenainya turut disebarkan. Banyak juga organisasi telah mengguna pakai amalan pengurusan fasiliti ini. Pendekatan mengguna sumber dalaman organisasi, penyumberan luar juga banyak digunakan dalam menguruskan aset-aset milik klien. Dalam strategi penyumberan luar ini, hubungan antara kontraktor dan klien perlu jitu, jelas dan difahami oleh kumpulan staf kedua-dua pihak untuk menjamin kejayaannya.

General Information

Developers usually have some sense of the market when they first consider a site or development concept. As entrepreneurs, they are constantly following trends, watching other developers and looking for new niches to fill in the market.
