The LED electronic billboards UTM or in short, the iBoard which has been installed at street side near UTM maingate roundabout is now under the responsibility of the UTM Office of Corporate Affairs (HEK). After the technical evaluation and the installation project done by the UTM Office of Assets & Development (PHB), the iBoard updating responsibility has been handed over to HEK because of the HEK own scope which is corporate communication and branding.
The LED electronic billboard uses a simple announcement listing, image and video display software which has been developed by the vendor themselves. A training has also has been conducted by the vendor to the HEK staff especially the Corporate Web Team.
Update
For 2012, the iBoard software only allowed text announcement in its daily circulation display.
For banner/image announcement/advertisement, user can only choose time of display (start time, end time). The software have yet allowing the user to pick by date for this type of display.
